Here are a couple of pictures of the feast I made up for Easter... the final verdict was bacon wrapped dates, Cream of Asparagus Soup with spinach, Beef Wellingtons (with no liver bits!), horseradish mashed potatoes, parmesan roasted broccoli, and home made rolls. Topped that off with a special blend red wine made in California by a friend of Annie--- Meritage. VERY nice. (and it looks all pretty on my fancy table!)
And here are a couple of pictures from the dessert! A mild lemon pudding topped with a fresh lemon curd served in a cleaned out eggshell with pound cake "toast"-- breakfast for dessert! I thought they were cute and spring-y.

Jesse fails to mention the lovely fresh flowers on the table and in the bedroom, fluffy towels and yummy breakfast! It was a lovely Easter!
Craig has required me to add that he is responsible for the fluffy towels as he did the laundry!
OK, I am impressed! You really went all out, that menu sounds absolutely fabulous, and everything looked beautiful. I love the pic of you too also, so springy! Glad you had a great first Easter as husband and wife!
